" I believe that theater has such an amazing power over people. When we experience a production, we can be changed emotionally and taken to a place where we actually forget the world around us. The experience can also motivate us or inspire us to make changes in our lives or the world around us. For those that participate in theater, it can be incredibly empowering and help us with many areas of our lives. Doing theater opens your eyes to the limitless possibilities within us. As a teacher, I want to expose my students to all the positives and possibilities of theater and see how it can make a difference in their lives. I also want to challenge them to raise their expectations and enable them to grow in their abilities as artists."
